Joseph Kazazian
Joseph Kazazian is an Associate Attorney with The Rodriguez Law Group. Mr. Kazazian brings with him a strong background in federal and state criminal defense, as well as defense of parents in child dependency proceedings.
Mr. Kazazian has extensive knowledge of federal and state law and has worked on cases ranging from federal white-collar crimes to violent felonies, misdemeanors, and DUIs. Mr. Kazazian has worked on complex federal cases, often overseeing case management with millions of pages of evidence, loss amounts in the hundreds of millions of dollars, and helped prepare cases for jury trial.
Mr. Kazazian has also worked extensively in the field of child dependency, where he has represented parents in detention hearings, trials, and review hearings for cases involving child abuse, child neglect, domestic violence, drug use, emotional abuse, child cruelty, and sexual abuse. He has argued over 1,000 cases in court.
Mr. Kazazian has a strong sense of justice and compassion and approaches each case with a detail-oriented plan of attack. He is a hands-on attorney who strives to seek the best possible outcome for each client’s individual needs. Aside from his knowledge of the law, Mr. Kazazian is a skilled courtroom advocate.
Mr. Kazazian received his Juris Doctorate from the University of La Verne College of Law, with a focus in Trial Advocacy, Advanced Appellate Advocacy, and Motion Practice. Mr. Kazazian earned a BA in Political Science and Government from the University of California at Santa Barbara, with an emphasis in Middle Eastern and Eastern European Affairs.
